Affiliate Manager

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will focus on business unit working closely with the entire Local Marketing and Product departments, helping to drive the F12 affiliate strategy.

You’ll be responsible for:

Identify, recruit, and activate affiliates in Brazil.

Check new affiliate applications and decide whether to approve them as publishers.

Ensure that all the campaigns are meeting the local legal requirements.

Audit affiliate’s web properties to check all information published is correct and aligned with business objectives.

Develop and maintain good relationships with our affiliates.

Negotiate terms of the deal.

Analyze and report data to measure campaigns’ effectiveness, new player acquisition, affiliates’ performance, and ROI.

Monitoring competition, affiliates’ sources of traffic, quality players, and revenues to ensure timely action is taken and that the portfolio is healthy in the long run.

Working with low-performing affiliates proactively to increase their performance.

Ensure affiliates’ commissions are paid on time each month.

Develop, implement, and monitor affiliate promotions.

Identify new opportunities to enhance our affiliate program.

Manage the affiliate budget, including commission and budget spending.

Work with the marketing services, creative and web development teams to deliver the best acquisition via affiliate sites.

Participate in professional exhibitions, conventions, forums and additional initiatives and meetings to increase partners’ network.

Develop unique content for monthly affiliate newsletters within the program

Create promotions and tournaments to keep existing affiliates actively promoting brands on their sites.

Desired skills and experience:

3+ years’ experience in a similar role within the online gaming industry

Previous experience with Affiliate platforms such as Income Access and NetRefer

Experience in working within a high-pressure start-up culture

Native Portuguese speaker

Excellent written and spoken English

Strategic thinker with ability to problem solve, think “outside the box” and achieve results even when challenged by time, system or product limitations

Multitasker with a can-do attitude and ability to produce results

Attention to details and excellent planning

Very good data analysis skills and excellent excel skills

Data-driven and strategic thinker with an understanding of the Affiliate programs
