Reporting directly to the CEO, you will focus on https://F12.bet business unit working closely with the entire Local Marketing and Product departments, helping to drive our on-site offering and our casino strategy.

You’ll be responsible for:

Creating and executing key casino marketing tactics, working with existing and new partners to generate P&L growth;

Owning the content and on-site placement of casino and games. Using your experience and flair to deliver exactly what the customer craves;

Regular analysis and reporting to CEO and senior business stakeholders on core commercial metrics and trends;

Delivering exciting and innovative marketing campaigns and communications to thousands of Brazilian players;

Monitoring the competitive landscape to constantly identify new opportunities and ensure our offering is ahead of the game;

Representing the company in the industry, ensuring your finger is firmly on the pulse of the latest casino trends and product advancements;

Designing and managing comprehensive rollout schedules for website enhancements and product releases;

Working with the creative team to ensure that copy and design work is completed on time and to specification;

Be the product contact for third-party suppliers and services, implementing new features;

Measuring and reporting the success of enhancements and promotions on a regular basis;

Reviewing player activity big wins, losses, deposit, bonus abuse, and withdrawal activity;

Be on top of competitors’ activity and leverage this to grow our position in the market;

Actively analyse data & KPI’s to improve performance by creating weekly/monthly reports for senior management.

Desired skills and experience:

3+ years’ experience in a similar role within the online gaming industry;

Experience in working within a high-pressure start-up culture;

Native Portuguese speaker;

Excellent written and spoken English;

Strategic thinker with ability to problem solve, think “outside the box” and achieve results even when challenged by time, system, or product limitations;

Multitasker with a can-do attitude and ability to produce results;

Attention to details and excellent planning and road mapping abilities;

Very good data analysis skills and excellent excel skills;

Previous product management experience is essential;

Data-driven and strategic thinker with an understanding of the Casino industry.
