Programmatic Media Buyer
Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, we are looking for an experienced programmatic media buyer to take ownership, own the setup, launch, trafficking and optimizing of campaigns in the media buying platforms (DSPs) all while ensuring that these processes are in line with brand safety and ad fraud guidance and compliant to Gambling regulations.
This role involves setting up the PMB Channel from grass root level right up to running campaigns and reporting. Purchasing media on the open marketplace, analysing and manage day-to-day campaign performance optimizations in partnership with the Data Science team, pacing and reporting of campaigns, forecasting media spends and KPIs goals. Applying optimisation strategies, and negotiating deals on the private marketplace.
The ideal candidate is target-driven, has very good experience in programmatic media buying and possesses strong analytical skills. Ideally, the candidate will be familiar with using DSPs such as DBM or App Nexus, 3rd Party ad servers such as DCM, as well as possessing intermediate-level Excel skills (pivots, formulae, vLookups).

Your main responsibilities will include:
Setting and managing campaign budgets;
Reporting on campaign performance to senior management;
Overall brand strategy management;
Purchasing media via the open/private marketplace, using DBM as the core DSP;
Trafficking campaigns via an ad server, which includes tagging and reporting;
Monitoring performance on a daily basis, whilst optimising campaigns accordingly;
Reporting performance to relevant stakeholders on a weekly basis;
Requirements
1+ years experience in programmatic media buying / online marketing position, focused on digital products, sports or entertainment industries.
